FAQ

We offer secure storage for boats, cars, camping trailers, caravans, motorhomes (RVs), tandem trailers, and large vehicles.

Our 20-foot shipping containers are airtight and weather-proof.  They are ideal to store household items.  Storing illicit, hazardous or flammable materials are strictly prohibited.

Please provide the following information when signing up to a storage rental:

  • A current Driver Licence or Passport (issued by an official body in Australia); and
  • Proof of ownership of the vehicle (e.g. Registration document), if applicable.

For business customers, we also require the Australian Business Number (ABN).

We will store electronic copies of selected documents.

Our system will automatically generate and email your next invoice fourteen (14) days prior to the end of your current rental period.  To continue with the rental, please pay the Tax Invoice by the due date to avoid a late payment fee.

To terminate your rental, simply inform us and remove your vehicle and other personal items before the end of your rental period.  Access will be suspended after the rental period ended.

We take security seriously.  Our storage yard is fully fenced on all sides.  High quality digital cameras are used to monitor our storage yard 24/7.  All gate access are logged by the PIN code used and video footages.  Outside access hours, our Maremma dogs are on-site for extra protection.

To enter or leave our storage yard, you must use the 6-digit access code provided at the time of signing the rental agreement.  Please keep it at a safe place.

For security, we can only provide a replacement access code to the Account Holder in person.  Account Holder must present a valid photo identification.  Please contact us immediately if there is unauthorised use of your access code.

Please ensure that you have pressed the asterisk ( * ) key before entering your 6-digit PIN number, then followed by a hash ( # ) key.  Do not forget that access is suspended until all outstanding charges are fully paid for your account.

All vehicles must be parked in their allocated space, ensuring no one else can use your space if you temporarily remove the vehicle from the yard.

Transfer to another space may be possible with prior arrangement.

Please inform us as soon as possible if you’re leaving. This allows us to stop automatic billing for the next rental period, and to allocate space to a waiting customer.

The vehicle and personal items must be removed from the storage yard before the end of your rental period.

You can reserve an available space or container.  There is no charge for this service.  Reservation will be held until the date after your nominated move-in day, then made available to other customers.  Please inform us immediately when there is a change of move-in date.

When there is no space or container available, we can add you to our waiting list.  Please be aware that it is often impossible for us to know when one becomes available to you.  This depends on when an existing customer vacates a space or container, number of other customers on the waiting list, and duration of the new rental.  All storage rentals are continuous until a move out date is given by an existing customer.

We reserve the rights to suspend or stop adding new customers to a waiting list.
